Local schools double check security systems after Pennsylvania high school stabbing

PEORIA, Ill. -- In the wake of this attack local schools are double checking their security, making sure they are equipped with any potential danger.

The Peoria and Morton public schools both have secured entryways as well as on-site resource officers and cameras to monitor students and visitors.

Officials say you can never be too careful.

News 25 went to several area schools and buildings to see those measures first hand. It is all in the video report above.
