ROCKFORD, Ill. -- Everybody wants a wedding to remember. So, why not get married on a pirate ship?

Since Tony Miller couldn't find a pirate ship in Rockford, he decided to build one.

Miller told his fiance, Kaela Schenk, that he dreamed of them being married on a pirate ship. So, he's building one and a pond to go with it, surrounded by boulders made by hand.

After months of hard labor erecting this ship, soon it will host family and friends for Tony and Kaela's wedding.

Unfortunately, Tony's plans have hit a snag.

The County has put a stop work order on the project. Apparently Tony never got the required permit to build the ship.

The good news is County Officials say they're willing to work with Tony and get him to the ship on time.

We don't know if Tony plans to remove the ship after the Wedding or whether it will be a permanent yard ornament.
