AYUTTHAYA, THAILAND -- Now for a wedding of an unusual variety.
Residents of a Ayutthaya, Thailand came out to celebrate the union of two water buffaloes on Monday.
The buffalo groom is from a province in Thailand's north-east, his bride a local buffalo who has already given birth to two offspring.
The arranged marriage was officiated by senior Thai officials, community leaders and local politicians. All attended the wedding, which was strictly a Thai traditional wedding.
