LONDON, England -- Just in time for Easter...a big egg for sale. The biggest egg, in fact.

Christie's auction house in London is selling a fossilized egg from the extinct Elephant Bird. The egg is expected to fetch up more than $45,000.

Experts say Elephant Bird eggs are the largest the world has ever seen. The giant birds lived in Madagascar and became extinct sometime between the 13th and 17th centuries but they looked something like a heavily-built ostrich, ten feet tall.

Cristie's is also selling a piece of bone from a Dodo which isn't nearly as photogenic.
