PEORIA, Ill. -- Peoria police announced Wednesday that they have made an arrest for a pair of robberies that occurred earlier this month.

Timothy S. Wilson, 42, was arrested for the attempted robbery of an employee of a local business who was dropping off deposit bags at Heartland Bank, 9010 N. Allen Road, on November 4.

He has also been connected to a second robbery on the 2600 block of W. Willowlake Drive on November 5.
