BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Miller Park Zoo announced Friday that “McGraw,” one of the Harbor Seals at the Zoo has died.

Zoo officials say the cause of death is not immediately known. Staff will work with the University of Illinois Veterinary School to attempt to determine the cause of death.

McGraw and his half-brother, Kash, were transported to Miller Park Zoo from the Orlando Sea World location in April of this year as part of the Species Survival Plan.

Kash will remain on exhibit.
