MCLEAN COUNTY, Ill. -- The McLean County State's Attorney had added to the charges facing a woman accused in a fatal accident.

State's attorney Jason Chambers has filed four additional charges against 37 year old Jamie Webb.

She's the woman accused of driving drunk and running a red light, causing the death of ISU student Michael Collins.

Webb now faces aggravated DUI charges.

Chambers says that a conviction on that carries a stiffer penalty than reckless homicide.

Webb is to be arraigned April 18th.
