PEORIA, Ill. -- A Mossville Elementary School teacher accused of having an improper relationship with a 16-year-old boy was indicted on Tuesday.

Papers filed with the Peoria County Circuit Clerk say Trueblood "knowingly committed an act of sexual conduct with [a minor] who was ...less than 17 years of age at the time of the act."
