Mother ticketed after 2-year-old son urinates on street

According to a report from NBCPhiladelphia, a Pennsylvania mother reportedly received a $50 public urination ticket last weekend after her 2-year-old son urinated on a Philadelphia street.

The woman plans to fight the ticket, according to the NBC Philadelphia report.
