PEORIA, Ill. -- Nathan Leuthold appeared in Peoria County Court Thursday. His arraignment has been pushed back to April 11.

Leuthold was arrested earlier this month for the Valentine's Day murder of his wife, Denise Luethold.

He was charged earlier this week on two counts of first degree murder.

Prosecutors say that Leuthold staged a break-in to cover the crime. They also revealed they found a note in the house from Denise Leuthold indicating she thought her husband wanted her dead because he was having an affair with a young woman from Lithuania.
