New judge for 10th Judicial Circuit

CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Assistant U.S. Attorney Kirk Schoenbein has been appointed to associate judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit.

Schoenbein formally served as the Assistant State's Attorney in Tazewell County.

The 10th Circuit covers five central Illinois counties; Marshall, Peoria, Putnam, Stark and Tazewell.
