PEORIA, Ill. -- A new principal has been named at Charter Oak Primary school in Peoria.
Former Charter Oak Principal John Wetteraurer was removed from the position in January after the district discovered ISAT testing irregularities.

Parents and students can meet Zilkowski during an open house on Thursday, April 24. It starts at 6:00 p.m. at Charter Oak.
At Tuesday night's meeting, the district also named new principals for four other schools.
Sue Malahy will take over as principal of Lindbergh Middle School. Malahy is currently the Principal at Northmoor Primary.
Cathy Trimble, an Assistant Principal at Trewyn’s Day Treatment Program, will replace Malahy at Northmoor.
Joe Gallo will become the new principal at Sterling Middle School. Gallo is currently an Assistant Principal at Lincoln K-8.
Finally, Rachel Stufflebeam, a District Special Education Coordinator, will take over as principal of Woodrow Wilson Primary School.
