NORMAL, Ill. -- Normal Parks and Recreation staff warn motorists about an upcoming road closure.
On Tuesday, February 5, Virginia Avenue (between Fell and Prospect) will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in order for crews to remove a tree.
