PEORIA, Ill. -- A Peoria man has been acquitted of all charges in connection to a 2004 homicide.
Thirty-six-old Robert Nunn Sr. was arrested last year for the 2004 murder of Antonio Faulker.
Faulker, then 21-years-old, was found shot to death inside a parked car on Peoria's South side.
The Peoria County jury acquitted Nunn of two counts of first degree murder and one count of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
