MCLEAN COUNTY -- One person is dead and another is injured after a car and motorcycle collide.
The crash happened just before 5:30 P.M. Monday evening near the intersection of Ropp Road and Ziebarth in rural Normal. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals.
Cameron J. Wright, 27, was pronounced dead at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal a short time later.
The condition of the other driver is unknown at this time.
McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling says that Wright's preliminary autopsy results showed that he died of multiple blunt force traumas to the head, chest, abdomen and pelvic areas.
