PEORIA, Ill. -- After 8 days of renovations, Peoria's Buffalo Wild Wings is back open for business.

The remodeling is part of a 10-year agreement between the restaurant and franchise owners who say the changes will give sport fans a better dining experience.

"We've added TV's in a lot of places,” said Brett Nelson, Director of Operations. “We've taken a lot of TV's down that were on poles and mounted them, which opens the restaurant more. We've put more TV's closer to each other so it is easier for guest to watch multiple things at once.”

While the restaurant is open, work continues on the patio and outside signage. That should be completed by Friday.

"We really want to thank everybody that came out and were sorry that some people showed up surprised that we were closed, but we definitely received a lot of good luck wishes,” said Nelson.

The revamping also includes the launch of the Game Changer beer and several new menu items.
