PEORIA, Ill -- Peoria's Warehouse District is inviting you to ring in the new year with a bang.
The Warehouse District is hosting a fireworks display on New Years Eve.
The show starts at 9:00 p.m. on Monday and will last about 20 to 30 minutes, weather permitting.
Riverfront viewers are welcome to park their cars along either side of the river, then stay to celebrate the new year at area establishments.
The fireworks display will be launched near Kelleher's on State and Water and is free of charge.
A couple thousand people are expected to attend the event.
