PEORIA, Ill -- Peoria Police responded to Casey's General Store, 6203 N. Big Hollow Road, on Monday night.

Officers spoke to a witness who said that the suspect came into the business at 4 pm armed with a handgun and demanding money.  The witness described the suspect as wearing all black with black gloves and a black bandanna covering his face.

Police also spoke to an employee of the business who said that the suspect demanded money and threatened to shoot a customer if his demands were not met.  The employee gave the suspect and undisclosed amount of money and the suspect left the scene.
