LAKE CAMELOT, Ill. -- Devon Moore, 19, of Peoria plead guilty to one count of first degree murder in the shooting death of James Cohee.

Even though prosecutors believe Moore was not the shooter, they say he was part of a trio that botched a burglary at the Lake Camelot home of James Cohee in August 2012.

Moore admitted he was legally accountable for Cohee's death.

As part of his plea deal, Moore must testify at the November trial of Amanda Payne, the person prosecutors say actually fired the fatal shot.
