PEORIA, Ill -- Police say that Peoria man has been robbed at gunpoint twice in the last week by the same victim.
Police first spoke to the 20 year-old victim on Thursday who said that he ran into the suspect in a hallway at the Lexington Hills Apartments at approximately 1:45 a.m. The suspect displayed a black revolver and demanded money. The suspect got $45 from the victim.
Officers saw the victim again on Saturday who said that at 9:00 p.m. he and a woman he was with were again approached by the suspect at 3701 N. Sterling Avenue. The suspect again displayed a revolver and demanded money, this time getting $400 combined from the two victims.
The victim said that he only knows the suspect as "Lance". Police are still investigating these robberies.
