PEORIA, Ill. -- A Peoria man is sentenced to 58 years in prison for the 2009 murder of a gas station owner.

It's the same sentence Ali Evans got in 2010 before his conviction was reversed by an appeals court.

Evans was retried in September and convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Anil Dhingra, who owned the Gas USA station in Peoria.
