PEORIA, Ill. -- A Peoria man was shot in the leg Sunday morning, police say.
As officers were responding to the call at 12:20 am, they observed what appeared to be a large party breaking up at 2310 N. University.
An investigation into the shots fired did not reveal anyone being hit with gunfire at the time.
Police responed to Methodist Medical Center when a 21-year-old males arrived with a gunshot wound. The wound was to his left calf.
Police say that the victim was uncooperative. The victim was previously interviewed at the scene but didn't inform them that he had been shot.
There are no known suspects at this time.
