PEORIA, Ill. -- Peoria police have named the identity of the suspect they say was involved in a September 12 bank robbery in Peoria.
Investigators say they have issued a Federal Bank Robbery Warrant for the arrest of Ollie William Howell, 37. Howell is described as a black male, 6-foot-two and 200 pounds.
Howell was last seen in the Bloomington/Normal area on the day of the robbery, which took place at the South Side Bank, 4100 W. Willow Knolls Road. Authorities say he has family that resides in the Kewanee area.
