EL PASO, Ill. -- Police have cited a 29-year-old in connection to a fatal crash near El Paso over the weekend.
The crash injured four, and killed Laciya Younger-Spires, 25, of Peoria.
Younger-Spires was thrown from the vehicle when it rolled over about a mile south of El Paso on Route 251.
Authorities say Celeste Pierce, 29, of Peoria was the driver.
She was cited with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, and failure to yield.
A vigil for Younger-Spires will be held Thursday night, at 6:30pm, in the lot of the Shell Gas station located on 200 west MacArthur highway.
