Police: Man steals $40,000 SUV, sells it for drugs

A bizarre story from Texas over the weekend.

According to a report from the Austin American-Statesman, police said a 50-year-old Texas man allegedly stole a $40,000 SUV from an auto dealership Saturday and sold it for drugs. The suspect has been charged with theft, according to the Austin American-Statesman report.
