PEORIA, Ill -- Police are investigating a report of shots fired near the Lexington Hills apartments at 4 am Saturday morning.
Police spoke to the complainant, who said that he saw a white van with unknown suspects firing from the vehicle. He was unsure how many shots were fired, or who they were shooting at.
Police checked the entrance security video which showed the van and a black sedan both leaving the scene. Both vehicles were driving away in a high rate of speed.
