PEORIA, Ill -- Police responded to a shots fired call on the 2500 block of W. Garden Street on Wednesday at approximately 1:22 a.m.
Authorities spoke to two witnesses. The first said that she heard two shots and then looked out her window and saw a vehicle with its lights off speed away westbound on Garden.
The second said that she saw the muzzle flash and also heard two shots. She said it appeared that the shooter was firing at the home on the above address.
Police did not find any shell casings in the yard or evidence of victims in the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
