PEORIA, Ill. -- We may have more details soon on the Peoria police raid of a home where someone allegedly made a Twitter account posing as Peoria Mayor Jim Ardis.

Peoria Police Chief Steven Settingsgaard and Peoria County State's Attorney Jerry Brady are having a news conference Friday regarding the investigation of the impersonation of Ardis via Twitter.

On Thursday we spoke with Jake Elliot, the roommate of the alleged Twitter account creator, who was arrested for marijuana possession.

He said they are not commenting on whether they are going to file a lawsuit.
