Push to consolidate pension lawsuits

ILLINOIS -- State Retiree groups want the Supreme Court to consolidate four lawsuits challenging Illinois' new pension reform law. 

The class-action suits claim the plan violates the state constitution by cutting benefits.

The cuts are expected to save the state an estimated $145 billion.
