PEORIA, Ill. -- The threat of rain and storms isn't keeping one group of music lovers from having a good time, this weekend.

The 24th Annual Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival is moving indoors for the first time ever.

Today, crews busy preparing covered walkways leading into the Expo Gardens.

We've been on the riverfront for 23 years. This is our 24th year. This is the first time we had to move it. But I've gotten a lot of positive response of great move, way to be proactive, safety first, keep us dry. We're pretty optimistic," said Festival Coordinator Jay Goldberg.
