PEORIA, Ill. -- An apartment on Moss Avenue was robbed of almost $2,000 worth of items.
According to police reports, the victim had left his apartment around 7:30 the morning of January 30, and when he returned around noon, the front door was ajar, and the patio door was open.
The latch and handle of the patio door were found broken.
The victim said he was missing his laptop, a video game system and a small jewelry box containing around $1,000 worth of jewelry.
The apartment building is located in the 700 block of W. Moss Avenue.
