PEORIA, Ill. -- In a news release issued early Friday morning, city of Peoria officials say that primary roads have been plowed and treated overnight, and traffic is moving at below normal speed.
According to the report, pavement conditions are reported as being partly snow covered, slushy, and should improve with the increase in traffic.
