COOK COUNTY -- A Federal Ruling is allowing dozens of same sex couples in Illinois to say "I do."

In Cook County, 80 marriage licenses have been issued since Friday's ruling allowing immediate issuance there.

Illinois' remaining counties must still wait until June 1st, when the state law officially takes effect.
