PEORIA, Ill -- A settlement has been reached between two Peoria police officers and the city of Peoria.

Officer Donna Nicholson filed a federal lawsuit against the city and Officer Jeff Wilson in November of 2012.

In the lawsuit, Nicholson said that Wilson used hidden cameras to monitor her and a GPS device to track her car.

The lawsuit also alleges the city discriminated against Nicholson and did not take proper action against Wilson.

The Peoria City Council will vote to approve the settlement at Tuesday night's council meeting.

The city manager could not discuss details of that settlement.
