Sweet outfit: Girl makes prom dress from Starburst wrappers

According to Michigan television station WLUC, a Michigan girl made her prom dress out of Starburst candy wrappers. It took the girl more than a year to collect enough wrappers to make the corset her dress, according to the WLUC report.
