PEORIA, Ill -- Three people involved in the alleged murder of a former Illini Bluffs High School teacher are awaiting trial.

Twenty-five- year-old Amanda Payne, 18-year-old Devon Moore, and 16-year-old Zachary Cotter-- who is not pictured-- were indicted this week on several counts of first-degree murder.

The indictments are for the murder of 68-year-old James Cohee.

Peoria County authorities say the three came to Cohee's Mapleton home on the night of August 26 to rob him.

Payne allegedly had sex with Cohee before shooting him in the head.

Additionally, the three suspects were also indicted on one count of robbery and another count of residential burglary.

Payne is being held on one and a half million dollars bond, while Moore and Cotter are held on one million dollars bond each.
