EAST PEORIA Ill -- Top Chef Season 7 winner, Kevin Sbraga, was the featured guest of PARC's 2nd Annual Bon Appetit Live! fundraising event.

Guests had the chance to watch a live cooking demonstration by Sbraga, along with enjoying his three-course meal.

During the event, PARC announced their new name and logo, EPIC, which means Empowering People, Inspiring Capabilities.

Organizers said they are looking forward to the future with event attendance at an all-time high.

"The new name is just to help us get into the future," said CEO of EPIC, Kim Cornwell. "We have been around for more than 60 years. It is a proud family started program with the families here in the community."

"To be able to go somewhere else and have such a huge impact and be so warmly received is awesome," said Top Chef, Sbraga. "I mean, look at this room. There's more than 400 people here tonight, who all came out to support it. It does not get better than that."

Organizers hope the event will raise more than $40,000.

All of the proceeds will support EPIC programs which include educational services, community living, and employment services to those with developmental disabilities.
