Normal Police Detectives say they've arrested three people after a search of 905 W. Mulberry Street in Bloomington yesterday,

Normal Police Chief Rick Bleichner said the trio had been involved in a long-standing scheme to steal diesel fuel from local businesses in Normal, Bloomington, Towanda and Carlock.

Bleichner says over $10,000 in fuel was stolen, by manipulating pumps at gas stations, allowing truckers to get a lot more fuel than they paid for.

Arrested were 33 year old Annie Lela Rials, 33 year old Marvin Lee Turner, and 42 year old Cayce Leonard Rivers.

All three were charged with theft over $10,000.
