Two roads in Normal to be closed Thursday

NORMAL, Ill. -- Two roads in Normal are scheduled to be closed for several months starting on Valentine's Day.

As of 8:00 a.m. on February 14, Hershey Road from Shepard Road to Raab Road and Raab Road from 200 feet west of North Pointe Drive to Hershey Road will be closed.

The closure is needed so that hot asphalt patches can be applied to repair the roads.
