PEORIA, Ill. -- An update in the Charter Oak Primary School investigation that we first told you about last month.

Today, District 150 sent a formal report on 'testing irregularities' at the school to the Illinois State Board of Education.

The report will be released to the public Monday, following the school board meeting.

The investigation spurred outrage with many parents after Charter Oak Principal John Wetterauer was placed on paid administrative leave.
