Utica adjusts to living under the flood

UTICA, Ill. -- As authorities expected in Utica, residents in the south end are evacuating their homes due to rising water levels on Friday.

Even after sand-bagging entrances at Waltham Elementary School Thursday, all classes moved to the north building Friday.

Superintendent Bob Abney says classes will remain at the north building throughout next week.
