PEORIA, Ill. -- A vacant house has been deemed a total loss after fire consumed it just after 5:30 Friday morning.
Firefighters arrived at 2331 W. Malone Avenue to find the two-story structure in flames.
The Peoria Fire Department says the fire was brought under control quickly and there were no injuries in the incident.
Damages are estimated at $70,000.
The fire remains under investigation.
