Veterans ride free Monday, plus more freebies

PEORIA, Ill. -- On Monday, CityLink is offering free bus rides to veterans in the Greater Peoria Area.

All you have to do is let the bus driver know you are a veteran.

And starting Tuesday, November 13, CityLink will permanently offer half-priced fares to veterans with a valid ID from the VA Health Care System.

The celebrating doesn't end there.
