PEORIA, Ill. -- Now, for those of you out there who think you really, really know college basketball here's a chance to prove it.

Financier Warren Buffet is offering a $1 billion prize for anyone who successfully picks all 64 team brackets in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

Actually, Quicken Loans is offering the prize money, Buffet's company is insuring it.

So, what are the odds of picking all 64 team brackets?

"That sort of depends on the rules," said Bradley University Math Professor Dr. David Quigg. "Can a person enter once? Can you enter twenty times? Can you enter as many times as you want? If you can enter as many times as you want, I'm sure some enterprising soul is setting his computer to enter every few seconds."

Unfortunately for those folks, it is one entry per household. Registration starts March 3 and will run until March 19.
