Water leak forces lane closure on Glen Avenue

PEORIA, Ill. -- Multiple lanes of traffic on Glen Avenue between North University and North Melody Lane have been closed due to a water leak.

Illinois American Water says crews will continue to work on repairs throughout the day.

Traffic is expected to return to normal once restorations are complete, which is expected to be on Tuesday, December 11, weather permitting.

Please use an alternate route, if possible.
