MCLEAN CO., Ill. -- The McLean County Board has approved an ordinance and tax incentive agreement that would allow Wirtz Beverage Illinois, LLC to build their headquarters facility near the Twin Cities.
Tuesday morning, the board gave permission for the project led by Bloom Heartland, LLC and Wirtz Beverage.
According to a release, the project would create 120 full-time jobs in the Bloomington-Normal area as well as invest a minimum of $7.25 million into taxable property.
On January 7, Normal Town Council approved the tax incentive agreement. Bloomington has already approved the measure.
