Woman accused of assault with a shovel

Ouch!

According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station WBNG in Binghamton, N.Y., a 21-year-old New York woman has been charged with felony assault for allegedly hitting someone with a shovel.

According to the WBNG report, the shovel broke as a result of the impact on the alleged victim.
