WOODFORD COUNTY, Ill -- A Woodford County Emergency Management Agency spokesperson says phone and internet service has been intermittently interrupted and is expected to continue to experience interruption until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.

They say Frontier is working to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, flood victims attempting to call the Woodford County Call Center may hear a ringing phone but no answer.

Because the interruptions are periodic, Woodford County EMA recommends residents keep calling the call center at 923-7935; volunteers are ready to answer calls as service is restored.
