Would-be Good Samaritan kidnaps toddlers, police say

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police said a would-be Good Samaritan drove off with two young children early Wednesday morning in after stopping to assist their mother, whose car had broken down on a highway in Georgia.

The woman told police the suspect drove away with her children while she was making arrangements to have the vehicle towed, according to the AJC report.
