PEORIA, Ill. -- Each week, WEEK and HOI 19 team up with the Peoria County Sheriff's Office in a search for people with outstanding warrants in "Manhunt Monday."
This week Police are looking for Charles Ellis.
The 33-year-old is wanted for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, resisting arrest, and driving on a suspended license.
Ellis sometimes goes by the alias of Michael Evans. He is 5'10", 230 pounds.
